At Sunshine Nighties, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear & lingerie (unless defective)
• Items without original tags or packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Wait for Approval
   • Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Ship the Item Back
   • Once approved, send the item to the provided return address.
   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund or Exchange Processing
   • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
   • Exchanges: Shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Refund Details

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• For defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If your desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue for a free replacement or refund.

7. Final Notes

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
• Sunshine Nighties is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
